Why do you have a "make me an offer" buttonFrom time to time we may have overstocked or have products moving towards their "Best before date" or even product that have passed their date and rather than waste them let our customer enjoys the benefits of these products (as long as they are in a sale-able condition) at a much reduced rate. Better for the environment and better for the pet owner.

What if I want to return my item?We are happy to accept any return of a product so long as they remain in the condition when delivered, in their product packaging and returned to us in good condition.

What if I wanted to pick up the product - can I do that over the weekend?I'm sorry to say we do not open over the weekend just Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. However we can send out to arrive with you at the weekend but there is an additional charge made by our carriers for this service.
