Just imagine what it must be like to stand in the middle of a war zone with the sounds of explosions all around!
Now add the fear that must be when those sounds are unpredictable and from all directions. All this can often lead to many pets having both short and long term conditions such as anxiety, fear and potentially aggression.
Not only do we need to keep domestic animals in mind but also livestock such as cattle, sheep, pigs and of course horses and ponies when we let of fireworks.
Regulations generally state “Fireworks must not be set off near livestock or horses in fields, or close to buildings housing livestock. Anyone planning a firework display in a rural area should warn neighboring farmers in advance”. This just makes good sense and keeps your local farmer informed.
Thankfully with our domestic pets we can take steps to ensure their safety and minimize anxiety brought on by fireworks.
Behavioural products such as sound associated cd’s may be useful to allow your pet to become “normalised” and others such as behavioural sprays, plug in diffusers and of course treats.

Our Multiva Calming is just such as product designed to provide your pet with the ideal elements to alleviate anxiety and stress through its synergistic formula.
All these products are their for you to keep your pet safe and “sound” during this exciting time.
Enjoy your fireworks this year, keep you and your pet safe and that way both you’ll both enjoy the night!
